We accept donations of new, surplus and gently used building materials, fixtures ( plumbing and lighting), working appliances, cabinetry, doors, windows, furniture and larger home décor items. Paint, hardware, etc. We do not accept nonworking fixtures and appliances. We cannot accept mattresses or textiles.
Appliances
Dishwashers (less than 5 years old, clean, and in 100% working condition). appliances 10 years old or less, must be clean and in 100% working condition with no missing parts. We will test them when they are brought in and if they do not work, we will not accept them. Please include owners manuals if you have them as they add value to your donation.
Cabinets
Complete units only, please. They must have doors, shelving, display racks, etc.
Doors
doors in GOOD condition only. No holes, cracks, termite damage, etc.
Electrical
We accept electrical parts, wire, plugs, plates and the hardware associated with electrical wiring.
Electronics
We accept all operational computers, parts, and accessories including monitors, keyboards, internal components, and printers.
Fans
Complete and in working condition only.
Flooring material
We DO NOT accept carpet. We do accept surplus vinyl flooring, no used and no scrap pieces, please. All tile, ceramic, stone, hardwood laminate, and hard wood flooring in any quantities.
Hardware
We accept hardware for doors, cabinets, etc. and almost all type of hardware as long as it isn't rusty.
Home Decor
Furniture, wall décor and larger statuary, etc. We cannot accept mattresses or textiles, small display items, household goods or fabrics please.
Lighting
We accept all lighting fixtures in working condition. No ballasts with pcb's.
Lumber/Plywood/Sheetrock/Trim
We accept full and 1/2 sheets of plywood. We accept full lengths of lumber. Trim in 4 feet lengths and longer. Please, no rot or nails sticking out of lumber.
Mirror/Glass
Please call for donation guidelines.
Paint/Wallcoverings
Full containers. We cannot take toxic, hazardous substances, (i.e. pesticides, powders, paint thinners, or other chemicals). Wallpaper is taken in full and unopened rolls.
Pipe - Pvc/Metal/Copper
4' and longer lengths only and all supplies and fittings.
Plumbing - Tubs/Sinks/Showers/Commodes
STEEL (no CAST IRON), sinks, and vanities if they are in good condition and clean.
Roofing Material/Gutters/Canales
Rolled roofing material, tar, metal roofing, bundles of new shingles, etc. Gutter/canale materials that are in full pieces (no rusted, bent , or damaged, please).
Tools
Hand and power tools in GOOD in working condition.
Windows/Screens
We accept DOUBLE PANE windows of all types if the glass is intact. Most windows will show use, even if they are newer. If they are casement type, we appreciate having the hardware and cranks.
